Another smart card process is a complex one. Instead , we can integrate the E health program to AADHAR card. That speeds up the process and public need not carry more proofs or cards in their hands.

I think firstly just give the national health card to each citizen of country so that every person get one unique no . Then develope one mobile app in which includes all information about government hospital in country and facilities available in that hospital . By using health card number any person can access all facilities in that particular region without any trouble .

Every hospital has to be registered. The hospitals should be categorised as per their level of services given and range of charges they have to apply should be prescribed. Every hospital along with its registration no. Should indicate it's category so given by govt. Authorities on their every correspondence and the hospital's sign board. It should be made compulsory to Area wise list of hospitals who are working on charity basis with lowest cost but best in service should be made available.

Health Information System is a centralised way of pulling the patient information from the system. Before implementing HIS, there is a strong requirement of building patient database via "Patient Management Systems" by assigning PID (Patient Identification Numbers) to each individual Indian patient who is visiting a GP (general practitioner). Please arrange to provide mobile blood collecting vans , these mobile units if they stand in colony/street/sector etc interested public will come forward .Particularly housewife / interested young individuals . This can minimize shortage of blood supply . I am writing this because , going up to hospital or blood collections center , it requires money to commute . That may be the one of the discouraging factor . So arranging mobile blood collecting van with one doctor, one nurse & 2assistants

It's a great idea that requires work at the grass roots. We must not digitise the available health system. It has too many duplications, vertical reporting channels and is dependent on the person reporting. We need to reengineer processes so that events get reported to relevant levels, system is automatically updated and reports are generated by various offices as per their individual needs and authorisation.
