We need to arrange for the smartcard for health checkup activity at any weekend in every month for one time. We need to make the database for every citizen's health details at the block level. Overall, My final vision is to co-relate the health management procedures to Information system so that there would be enhancement in People's daily life. They can show their health status via the access of health integrity portal. We can do it with the help of Cloud computing.

GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS- Most of the govt. hospitals in rural areas are refer centers for district hospitals or pvt. nursing homes. All the staff of hospitals are known as Doctor or madam, who are responsible for doctor's pvt. practice not for govt., Paying patients are not inter in hospital register so the attendance is low but patient has full.
