Firstly all individuals should have a government health card linked to the aadhar. Any sick people visiting any doctor or hospital should log into the health portal and view data of the patent and any medicine given to the patent should be updated on the portal. This way we can track health of each individual. Also this will help government to plan in case of epidemic the number of people effected and the requirement of medicine as per area. This date can be shared with pharma co.

No doubt the concept of e-health authority is a standard thought, which contains e-health training by old & senior doctors,e-health expert class for the students,e-health advise to the doctor on critical cases,e-health enquiry by the patient. Also this National Authority may supervise & check the Health Centre.Today the vital problem in any Health Centre are that there are shortage of experts and which are more responsible for wrong treatment.we hope the concept will be a successful step.

Indeed, some non poor households may be made poor precisely because of health shocks that necessitate out-of-pocket spending on health. Most commentators accept that these inequalities reflect mainly differences in constraints between the poor and the better-off—lower incomes, higher time costs,Such inequalities tend therefore to be seen less access to health insurance, living conditions that are more likely to encourage the spread of disease, and so on—rather than differences in preferences.

Equity has long been considered an important goal in health sector. Yet inequalities between the poor and the better-off persist. The poor tend to suffer higher rates of mortality and morbidity than do the better-off.They often use health services less, despite having higher levels of need. And, notwithstanding their low levels of utilization, the poor often spend more on health care as a share of income than the better-off.

To make the case that health systems strengthening merits greater investment, a key priority is to agree on a set of measurements that can capture the status of a health system and demonstrate whether its performance is improving The purpose of such health system metrics is twofold: for comparing systems one to another, but more importantly to enable decision makers and investors to track progress of their own health system over time and take action as needed. It is also important to forecast

“Most of studies examine the effects of single interventions, and many are closer to carefully controlled clinical trials than they are to evaluations of large-scale programs. Therefore we cannot make strong statement about the overall effectiveness of health programs. There are very few studies of the effects of health centers and integrated programs on mortality, and no studies that attempt to estimate the effectiveness of hospitals in reducing population levels of mortality

Billions of people lack ready access to basic health services (including clean water and sanitation and essential nutrients) Health facilities often too far away or too expensive or unfriendly/unwelcoming Inverse care law:“the availability of good medical care tends to vary inversely with the need for it in the population served” Reverse inverse care law: those with the greatest health needs areoften those with the least access to health services or the least motivation to improve their health

Shortage of medical teachers can be addressed if private practitioners can be allowed to take classes in govt. medical colleges. A number of private practitioners having skill and competence have the desire to teach (even for free or for a token amount) but the Marxist ideology (always suspicious of private enterprise) of previous govt.s has private the govt. sector from benefitting from their competence and ability as teachers.
