NeHA should integrate the optimal skill based training for health professionals across India. At this point there is huge disparity between standard of training in different medical colleges which is partly lack of expert clinicians cum teachers. The of holistic training is missing. Inadequate training of health professionals is detrimental for patient care. NIMHANS ECHO Bangalore has started "knowledge and skill transfer" in mental health by using modern technology.vlc.nimhans.ac.in sample...

Please go thru http://www.world-health-card.com/ It gives better idea how the smart health card helps in addressing many of our issues. It maintains transparency. But every clinics, doctors, pharmacies should have computer and internet connectivity to implement this.

#NeHA I would like to suggest that we can take few ideas from US health authority like making Hospital's to use of Hospital Information Mangement System govt. Can easily keep watch on each and every hospital and to make Hospital's to do such govt. Can announce special scheme if any hospital who uses these software meaning full than they are aligeble for getting reward from govt. http://www.healthit.gov/providers-professionals/meaningful-use-definition-objectives

Advantages-1.problem of shortage of doctors is addressed.2.cost of travelling to cities for healthcare which includes patients cost & cost of ambulance services are saved. 3.time saving as treatment is given by specialist within minutes and it may save lives.4.jobs to youths as paramedical staff. 5. Highly economical. 6.it can be merged with digital india program so implementation cost of this programme is substantially reduced. I hope you will give attention regarding this . Thank you sir.

1. For all hospitals create a listing and review and ranking system. Do not allow individual doctor or staff names. Every patient that registers on website should be able to provide feeback on hospital on predfeined criteria. It should be very simple to use, should not take more than few minutes to leave feedback. It should allow patients to hide their name if they wish. The overall summary level scores should be shown for the hosiptal for the quality of service, value of service, outcome for pt

Respected PM Sir,as we all know about lack of health care facilities in rural india this can be solved easily by training degree graduates about taking complete history of patients in PHC/CHC and through internet this information can be transferred to a centre(1 or 2 per state) where specialist Doctors are present and they can give feedback about furthur investigation and treatment.

In addition to other things, the new authority should have a 'grievance redressal' link also. The existing mechanisms are of no use. Far from taking any action, they do not even acknowledge. Recently, I was cheated by the Max Hospital, Gurgaon. I wrote to all concerned, but in vain.

Being ifferently abled , I know how tedious it is to get a proper health insurance cover for myself and family and also for senior citizens. Toover come this concept , I advocate a Jan Arogya Bachat bank. This bank will create healthcare accountfor each citizen of India and link the same to a regular salary or Jan Dhan Bank account. This bank will wim to create an individual health fund which can be utilised for health needs of its subscriber.
