Dear sir, Establishment of e-Health(not e-heath)Authority is a fine idea.The motive must be empower and ensure health among the people. Daily lot of advertisements are coming in the Newspapers seeking help from the public for supporting for undergoing Operation/Treatments etc., We may try to form a permanent system under this Authority for helping these citizens with the help of private public partnership. A medical insurance scheme(compulsory) also should be started under this Authority.

1.A smart data management & smart directive system must be devised which would record documents of patients as well as remind them for periodic check-ups & medicine revision by doctor. 2.The System must keep the information of all the nationally registered doctors & all govt & private hospitals. 3.A service of online ambulance call/register must be initiated so that the patients could call the ambulance through the portal. 4.Precautions & measures must be posted in form of e-books & e-posters.

Pls issue refund of Income tax to businessmen asap.They have been held up since last 3 years As it is we are suffering due to economic slowdown .we dont have working capital to do business. When we switched from manual filing to e filing & processing centre to Bangalore we thought that we will get our refunds without oiling the hands of income tax officers .but things have got worse. I want to tell you that Income tax officers are harassing us a lot in Mumbai in scrutiny cases..yesterday Times of India quoted a woman Income tax officer was held for taking bribe...pls take action & i had to pay 150000 bribe as they are not issuing refund which is pending for 3 years.... regards,
