I feel that the main problem is the psyche of the Indian population that needs to change . The govt might have launched many beneficiery schemes for the Girl child but does that actually reach the common man mainly the villages . Putting up hoarding will not help. It has to start with te ground level . Each village to have a group of 5-7 employees educating the villagers.Above them a district incharge and then the state incharge .Incharges to be no politicians but corrupt free individuals.
