The girl child today faces inequality and gender based discriminations even before birth. The nation cannot move forward unless women are given opportunity to realize their full potential and contribute to nation building.

Given this context, please share your thoughts, ideas, suggestions and feedback on how we can change the discriminatory social construct in order to celebrate the girl child. What should be our communication strategy for improving the situation and reach out to people?

Respected pm sir , well i want to say that if you want that every girl should be educated the first thing we have to see that their parents are educated or not as we have seen in villages there is no education for earlier women. Minimum 50% reservation for girls in Public Services examination conducted by UPSC will produce relatively cleaner bureaucracy and also empower woman effectively. It is my experience that woman public servants are rarely indulging in inappropriate conduct as compared to their male counterparts. Today, IAS grooms fetch a price to parents. By doing as suggested, girls IAS would fetch a price to parents and this will be the incentive against the evil.
