NCC must be made compulsory for every student and school. Also there must be reservations for the students having at least B certificate in different colleges and universities during the admission especially in the govt. universities and colleges. So that the students must opt for the same. Also Yoga must be introduced as an elective subject in the high or senior and also in secondary school.

To teach skills lecturer must be interested in learning skills. He must put his hard labour by reading magazines visiting industry and making his hands dirty. On learning he must deliver skills. Here there is one back door entry, skille labour is ready to provide ready made projects, they take money do projects and supply. All technical teachers/lecturers/professors/HOOD must be asked to under go skill exam once in 3 years. They must use tools and show their skills, else stop promotion.

har ek bacche me bohot energy hote hai.hame usi energy ko constructive kam me lagana parega..taki un baccho ki energy destructive way me na jae...or isi kam me phisical education mahattapurn bhumika le sakte hai. hame lagta hai ki agar physical education ko compulsery kar dia jae har ek class me aur is ka marks bhi exam me pass fell kiek suchak ho jae to bachho ke jindegi me fir se khelkud kikhushia lot sakte hai....kiuki ajkal ke jindegi ke daur me khel kud jaise gaeb hota ja raha hai.

I take guest classes at institutes, colleges & industries on electronics. I found ITI to MTech students are not exposed to circuits used in gadgets available in their house. BE & MTech students working in industry, have taken banging from lowest labor to top managers, sustained & working in factory, those cant moves to factory store, admin etc. Few BE, MTech are in internet cafe taking 5-10K salary. Why! MTech passed becomes lecturers, they teach what they learnt. Update syllabus looking other.

During 1985 principle asked me can you teach electricity to orphan hostel students. I agreed, warden cam & told me students are notorious & they are from 4th to 10th standard. I framed syllabus for them, few staff laughed at me, it was an opportunity to self test my skills. First 1 or 2 days students were making noise, then they took interest in learning, they were not having lamp in bath room, I trained them in institute, they did it in hostel. No magic, it skill & willingness to carry out work
