Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Honourable PM Sir, If our govt can start degree programmes and short term diploma ,certificates courses in Waste management and cleanness. I think it can spread good awareness in our nation for Swachh bharat . And definitely waste management is become good job opportunities for youths. We can transform these wastes e.g. vegetable waste etc. in vermiculture fertilizers which can increase chances for organic farming and it is good for our health also. some extent it also created many jobs .

Honourable PM Sir, Last year there is bumper production of Mango in Uttaranchal hills in Almora district. If food production & pickle making business are set up in these areas I think it creates good job opportunities for villagers and they can earn some income specially women's. Other fruits are also produce in these areas. But there is no such buyers in these district. So if our govt can do something regarding about this I think it can help villagers to upgrade their economic status.

Adding regarding Quality here for the lack of proper forum. Brand "Made in India" should stand for top of the line in terms of quality (compared to cheap and low quality from other competing economies). Should be run by public/private participation with minimal governmental interventions and ISI. Every thing produced or sold in India should be assessed for quality (not only the process but also the end products) against quality objectives for the product and certified a gradation based system.

All the income earners should take ownership of collective responsibility of providing old age pension for every citizen of India. All pension schemes should be integrated in to a 3 pillar system as in Holland and some European nations as the consolidation of funds (contributions) provide scale of economy and lower administration and investment cost per participant. The funds should be aggregated across industry sectors and operated by few public/private fund managers for each sector.

We need to get provide a digital forum to announce availability of job positions Vs filled. ALL jobs must be declared in this forum be it private or public. The employment exchanges must be consolidated with the company registration authority and must be made accountable for job creation and employment. The authority should also focus on standardization of skills, availability and skill development activities.
