People run to cities for jobs. Employers do not pay appropriately but squeeze workers. Engineering graduates get monthly 5-7 thousands, others merely 3-5 thousands. Whereas villages & agriculture in particular, face acute shortage of workers. It is necessary to make jobs in rural area & farming, more lucrative. Govt. may make law whereby such workers will be partners in activities they are participating in. I have decided to assign share of income or wages, that is more, to workers on my farm.

JOB Creation : I personally do not believe in the idea of JOB creation. I believe one of the communist phi is to retain JOB or grow JOB is to avoid modernization of tools,process etc which will lead to Job creation. As an Australian ciizen and OCI holder, I have a suggestion for job creation and a new export market. This is by persuading the Australian government towards the sale of world famous Indian alphonso and Kesar mangoes. Being in the Soithern hemisphere, the Australian summer and mango season is in the Indian winter and vice versa. Hence, there will be no clash with the local farmer's produce and Australians can have mangoes all round the year. This could be a great export market for India.
