Suggest measures to create jobs in rural areas so as to prevent excessive strain on our urban areas and at the same time enhance the development of the villages.

How would creating better employment opportunities in rural areas help stop migration to cities and thus prevent excessive strain on our urban areas at the same time enhancing the development of the villages?

Farmer is the backbone for Indian Economy. The Govt,SemiGovt agencies working for farmers are not easily acessible. Private Participation in this uphill task is necessary as private participation leads to accountablility and real good work possible through this. A model plan is ready with me to start with for Belgaum Dist.

Regarding the Govt. Schools, in any of the states across India, the conditions are poor with respect to education, infrastructure, facilities. Why should we send our childrens to some highly paid Private Schools? Cant we improve our system to make these Govt. schools as good as the private schools? Please ask this question to yourself, as most of you are from some Govt. Schools from your villages and Towns.

There are massive & realistic growth oppourtunities in Indian Heavy Industry. In past Government used to have stake in the automotive industry OEMs, like with Hindustan Motors, Maruti. In the present scenario "Make in India" is the best initiative but I strongly feel government also should hold some share of business as the profit partner for the nation. & the revenue can be turned to the development of the country. eg: All the big investment in china Govt.has stakes around 10 % or more.

Apart from 100 Smart cities, Govt. to announce 10 small towns, in each State. Let 6/7 local MLAs take charge of each small town and make it like Mini Smart Town in one year. It will give job opportunities, interest, less migration to Metros, etc. etc. Take the case of Common Wealth Games, NHAI Roads, Dedicated Freight Corridors, there are job opportunies and here also it will increase employment opportunities, development in rural area thus less migration to big States

There is a Decrease in the Prices of Petrol & Diesel due to the falling the prices in the Crude oil. The govt. is increasing the Excise Duty & reducing the prices to adjust the falling prices of the crude oil.. It is absolutely ok. But Sir, There is also a Sector of Lubricants. The Prices of Lubricants are not decreasing all though it is also a product based on Crude Oils. So, I requested you to look at this matter & do the needful so that the prices of the Lubricating oil also decreases

Today every one is connected with a mobile phone even in rural india , past ( e-choupal) experiments have shown the effectives of this medium to provide information and reduce the exploitation of middle men . I would strongly suggest creating a marketplace platform using mobile phone as the primary way of interaction , Where small outsourced jobs are given to people in rural area with price ranges and time frames , which can be confirmed ,there are challenges in implementation which can be fixed
