govt should focus on setting up skill development programme at ground level.identify the skill of each individual and give them right training and give them right placement and for those skill labour govt should sponsor them with resources and raw materials for generating output product and those trained person should exposed this product in the market and income generated should directly go to government fund so that those person involved in whole process of making and distribution should be done by those skilled trained employee

Encouraging khadi, agarbathi, candle making etc.. In our city Bengaluru, garbage is one of the main problems. So to overcome it a small scale industry like garbage recycling industry should be established. Which not only creates job opportunities but also cleans our city.
