VILLAGE cottage industries and KHADI industry should be promoted. Insurance in case of accidental damages to ventures by villagers will be a great step. RURAL people could be engaged in building roads, water storage systems, toilets in their own areas and must be paid adequately without delay.

50 PERCENT of non-skilled or semi skilled jobs should be reserved for those rural people who have been displaced because of developmental projects in rural areas. Career centres could be made to provide vocational training to youth.ALSO, they could be used as a platform for interaction between employers and the unemployed.Andhra model and CHHATISGARH model can be followed to cultivate infertile lands by offering incentives and future ownership.NEW VENTURES should be financed upto 50 percent .

as per your question, there is no mean to provide job in rural. the mean is that there is decrease in produce opportunities in this sector. the govt is fail to provide a proper system to give chance to GENERAL CATEGORIES child. the system of reservation is also totally corrupt to provide jobs. if GENERAL Student eligible by qualification then the fee is so high and fail to pay fee of application form due to economical reason. and number of post and weight-age are also less for general student
