In my personal opinion the main reasons for lacking in creating or getting lucrative jobs are as follows: 1.Due to non availability of skills having in depth functional experience & with soft skills as they are running parallel with mis matching.ie if functional skills are better softskills are lacking & vice versa.Hence orientation trainings to be given in both to go in line for better opportunities.

Indian youth should start thinking about creating jobs,rather finding one for him.India has nearly of about 65 crore youth whose age is below 35 years.We need more number of entrepreneurs.India should have their own Steve jobs and bill gates.The big question in front of this youth at the time of starting buisness is the financial problem.I think government should give them loans with having lower interest rates just to start their buisness and a healthy and corruption free environment 4 growth

I want to share the idea ..For increasing job opportunities in rural areas more focus should be in agriculture.like instead of more engg colleges nd iit b.sc Ag colleges be opened and more empphasis on animal husbandry.Moreover research labs be there for better breeds of animals and better nutritive products that we get from dairy animals.Companies like Amul giving impetus to dairy in India to be developed.This will give the employment to people in rural areas and migration .

Pick & choose the best people / youth for giving entrepreneurship to them . Send letters direct to them . Phone or call their names publicly . youth / retired person will feel delighted to hear their name .Ready to serve society be selected .

Attached file picture shows how urban poor are finding difficult to get drinking water. Picture shows poor taking out water from dig just in the middle of busy road near Mumbai International Airport (Warehouse) from a small six inches dia hole from where these urban poor are taking out water one by one. This is the only source of water for poor which is used for day today drinking needs. If we can't solve needs of urban poor we can imagine plight of rural poor. Pl do something.

Hello PM Sir, There is too much people doing Engineering Degree compared to others. This is because of the salary that they get. I wish if you could do something by which the value of the other fields are recognized. Because one way after the saturation point it will only add up our unemployment problems. Increase JOB opportunities for all the fields and mainly encourage research oriented fields. Thank you sir.

Request to the PM Narendra Modi Sir to please enhance job availability for freshers in MNCs in life science and biotechnology area like in IT to learn job challenges on global level from initial stage especially after getting foreign education.
