I really wish to eradicate this SC, ST, OBC system. As god has given equal mind to all humans. It is good to help SC, ST people in education only. But I request this government to avoid this partiality with general category students who really have to struggle to show their talent in a public( govenment) enterprise by removing this distribution of seats. It must be talent base and not any grace to SC, S T candidates. Otherwise suffer will be our country with loss in government enterprise.

My personel experience says that in our country India, there is no value of talent. e.g in India whenever I apply for any government exam, I see that the seats are divided among categories like sc, st, obc. This is totally against general category candidates. We general category candidates have to pay the full exam fee which is not applicable for other categories. Suppose there are 30 seats all, then 10 seats r for SC/ST candidate, 8 for OBC candidates & rest are for all i.e general, obc, sc, st

Unemployment : It is a complex variable depending on several other variables. Few of them are confidence, tendency to remain paracitic, hippocracy of degrees, greed, imagination of suitability of jobs for long time. Over all it is due to the persons strong determination to remain unemployed and useless.
