ticket collectors charge heavily to passengers for empty or available seats in reservation coaches. So, please create some mechanism so that people who have waiting or general tickets can book tickets easily without help of TCs.
You can add some digital boards in coaches which will display available seats with fares for booking for general tickets & free for waiting

for all passenger trains, reduce the number of stops between two main stations. There are many such stops where very few people board or ply from.
Example like between parbhani & gangakhed (40Km) only pokharni at a 20 Km distance is important station
So you can reject all other minor stops which are useless.
Atleast start some semi-fast type trains

we need to implement display system that displays seats available at all time on real time basis this will save valuable time spent standing in lines for long hours and still being deprived of tickets due all seats reserved. there shall be a special counters for special cases like medical case, etc in case lots of people flocking to get ticket; to meet their ticket demand immediate other counters shall start to operate. for this railways shall have operators emergency pool to meet the demand.

IRCTC vendors inside the bogies selling tea, snacks, meals etc. carry these items on their hand which is very tiring and inhuman. trolleys shall be provided to them to carry items on it along with maintaining hygiene. parcels are carried to & from between train and Railway mail service office on manually driven carts these arts shall be replaced by battery operated carts. these personnel shall be trained to operate it. parcel office look like decades old office, no technological improvement made

Sir,
I have an idea that will help to keep the Indian railway station neat and clean. it is an electromechanical system and based on latest technology (Like sensors). it ‘s cheap and effective. The toilet of coaches can be controlled automatically when the train approached the plat form . It can bring a big change in Indian railway sanitation system.
