ticket collectors charge heavily to passengers for empty or available seats in reservation coaches. So, please create some mechanism so that people who have waiting or general tickets can book tickets easily without help of TCs. You can add some digital boards in coaches which will display available seats with fares for booking for general tickets & free for waiting

for all passenger trains, reduce the number of stops between two main stations. There are many such stops where very few people board or ply from. Example like between parbhani & gangakhed (40Km) only pokharni at a 20 Km distance is important station So you can reject all other minor stops which are useless. Atleast start some semi-fast type trains

Sir, I have an idea that will help to keep the Indian railway station neat and clean. it is an electromechanical system and based on latest technology (Like sensors). it ‘s cheap and effective. The toilet of coaches can be controlled automatically when the train approached the plat form . It can bring a big change in Indian railway sanitation system.
