The MTNL network is so worst though they have the best equipment has Government ever tried out to find the reason? Every big officer of MTNL and BSNL is bribed heavily by the private operators to keep the equipments non functional or allow it to function poor so that there business flourish. MTNL and BSNL rates are among the cheapest but due to non availability of network and call drops consumer opts for portability. Why Government stop this corruption?

The trains have no cleaning staff or they do not work. Toilets coaches are not cleaned. The premium train like Duronto is very dirty. There is no tissue in western toilets, the jet shower for wash is leaking or removed and never replaced. The blankets are full of dust stinking not worth using but no option. There is no provision to provide additional blanket in case of need to senior citizens. Pillow was much better earlier now it is for name shake only people ask for additional pillow.

Railway ministry has not worked yet to improve the food service in Trains and on stations. The quality of food and bedding in trans is really worst. Every where corruption is deep rooted. The source of procurement and method of tendering has to be changed to transparent. Every thing is done close doors and the quality is so poor. Try to introduce the old system of outsourcing food supply in the form of thalli and fix responsibility to improve the quality with sever penalty and punishment.

Corruption is deep rooted and without payment no work is done in government offices reason is poor pay and cost of living is high. We make corruption legal and income taxable. Fix rate for approving one file any where say income tax, custom, sales tax etc. Say fix Rs.500/- as a fee for one file completing. If the person needs money he can complete 10 files daily and he can earn up to Rs.5000/- per day a good money and he will pay tax on this earning. If asks for more catch him and take action.

Fact: We see this as a problem and hence not able to fix this.
Solution: We have to see this as a revenue and job generation resource because these trespassers are big market.
1. Levy a surcharge of Rs. 10 on tickets and freights for 5 years.
2.Get Project Plans from new start-ups only; after approval train them for 3-6 months.
3. Provide fund and finance from Banks for over-bridges with escalators and shops on both sides and get completion in 1-2 years.

Foot-over bridges ek bahut hi badhiya tarika hai is problem se sujhne ka. Main aapka dhyaan Punjab ke ek bahut he bade Pradesh NANGAL ki taraf le jana chahunga jahan par naa to koi over bridge hai or na hi koi aise suvidha jiska fayda hamaari Old ya Young Generation utha sake. Plz Punjab ke is NANGAL station per thoda dhyaan dijiye.
