 Section 147 of Railway act prescribes that:-

1. If any person enters upon or into any part of a railway without lawful authority he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may be extended to six months or with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.

Provided that in the absence of special and adequate reasons to the contrary to be mentioned in the judgment of the court, such punishment shall not be less than a fine of five hundred rupees.

2. Any person referred to in sub-section(1) may be removed from the railway by any railway servant or by any other person whom such railway servant may call to his aid.

However, over Indian Railways, especially over suburban sections deaths occur due to trespassing.

Suggest solutions for reducing trespassing of Railway tracks.

This is the condition of AC CC in trains from kota to Indore. We pay 500 + rs for such services . Railway should look after this. Broken seats, no pantry, poor toilets in coaches, we pay big amount for tickets so facilities of same level to be provided by railways.

फ्रंटियर मेल (स्वर्ण मंदिर मेल) की अब 300 किलोमीटर का टिकट लेने की बाध्यता खत्म होनी चाहिए। दिल्ली से सहारनपुर के लिए पहले ही ट्रेनें बहुत कम हैं, और जो हैं उनका भी लाभ लोगों को नहीं मिल पा रहा है. सहारनपुर आने के लिए मजबूरी में लोगों को लुधियाना तक का टिकट लेना पड़ता है. दूसरी ट्रेन जनता एक्सप्रेस (वाया शामली) है, लेकिन उसका लाभ भी सहारनपुर के लोगों को नहीं है, क्योकि वह बड़ौत तक रिक्शा की तरह लोगों को ढोती है. यहाँ तक का सफर करना किसी सभ्य व्यक्ति के बुते की बात नहीं है. भीड़ इतनी है कि सर के ऊपर

During Aviation show Hon'ble Prime Minister said Defense will give priority for production of equipments in India and create job opportunities.Like Defense,Railways and TEl Communication and Khadi also will be able to contribute for successful implementation of "Make in India"programme.and job creation particularly in rural sector.

अगर रेल की बोगियो पर मल्टी कोंपनियों के विज्ञापन लगाए जाय तो उनसे मिले रुपये से रेल्वे को बहुत आर्थिक सहायता मिल सकती हे

: There was a report/suggestion during UPA regime that ALL service Providers will be asked to give free roaming facility by treating the mobile numbers as one through out India.We have not heard anything after formation of NDA govt.Is the proposal still under consideration?Or dropped? In as much as ALL service providers are making hefty profits ,will it not be proper for the Govt to consider free roaming as millions of users will be benefited? Please consider the prroposal.

We always complain about fall of revenue, if each passenger travelling buys the ticket promptly and travel there will be very good revenue collection, so also if TC are honest the revenue gets increased .

लोग रेल ट्रैक पार क्‍यों करते हैं ? इससे उनको क्‍या लाभ मिलता है ? कारण चि‍न्हित कीजिए और उसे दूर कर दीजिए. मसलन एक प्‍लेटफार्म से दूसरे प्‍लेटफार्म तक पहुंचने में कठिनाई के कारण या फिर बाहर निकलने की जल्‍दी के कारण लोग रेल ट्रैक पार कर रहे हैं तो उन्‍हें सहूलियतें दी जाएं. फिर भी जो रेल अपराध करने पर आमादा हैं उनके लिए सख्‍ती अपनाई जाए, जैसे उनके सीसीटीवी फुटेज सोशल मीडिया में शेयर करके, जुर्माना लगाकर अथवा उनसे दुबारा ऐसी हरकत न करने का सार्वजनिक रूप से शपथ करवाकर, कुछ प्रयोग किये जाने चाहिए

Sir, My suggestion is slighlty different . I wanted to mention the tension a pregnant woman gets when she travels through the local trains of mumbai. So mostly they join the handicap compartment. Imagine how she would have been feeling I request you sir to reserve a small compartment (like the cance patient compartment ) for the future mothers. So that they can be safe in my country.
