One of the Key indices of a Smart City is better education and health. Given the area of UT Chandigarh educational institution (Schools and Colleges) are very well managed. Many of the Govt. schools in Chandigarh are at par with best schools in Chandigarh. But still we want our residents to give their views/suggestions on how we can assure global standards in our schools & colleges.

Chandigarh is a cradle of health care not only for its own residents (population 10.5 lacs) but also to the residents of neighbouring states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh & Jammu & Kashmir. However for meeting the utmost satisfaction of our residents and to match the global standards for health scenario, we need suggestions/views of our residents.

For meeting the standards of HDI (Human Development Index) & MDG (Millennium Development Goals) we need Smart Ideas/Suggestion from our residents on education and health sector.

Government must fine people over this the fine must be very huge so that if anyone dare to do this he or she must think twice . Now the fine is 500 for some places but there is no fine for throwing the tissue paper or cup or candy rapper on road or anyware else. So the fine must be very high for this also. Some type of punishment must be there. Only then it can be cover . And people will be stop doing all this
