The Indian national flags used, especially overseas, even during visits of Govt representatives, do not always follow the national flag code.They at times display wrong colours (yellow in place of saffron, light green in place of Indian green) or size (too long or too square). Please allow NRIs to build professional colleges - Engineering, medical, law and commerce for NRI children specially those studying in Gulf countries who have to send kids to India or other countries for higher education. Government can give them leased lands to built new colleges...I am sure all Indians would welcome this.and give quality education at affordable rates.

India has most youngest crowd and I have seen the entrepreneurs spirit in most of the youngers . If proper guidance and finance is provided then they will take India to highest level. NRI's can help these youngsters, some with their Knowledge and some with Finance. I think the accountability and credibility is major challenge. If government forms some transparent process and policy then we all can work together to grow India's economy.
