Sir, Black Money>PART 1 PREVENTION OF BLACK MONEY>4>May i propose Sir, your government go in to mission mode like Jandhan Yojana>after all for creating homes, jobs, swatch bharath as in plants for effluent treatment,/waste collection&sorting/ recycling/water purification to hospitals &schools we need land. Because of the chaltha hai attitude at revenue departments projects suffer cost&time overrun>delayed job creation&delayed taxes PLUS BLACK MONEY>Answer>STATE REVENUE MINISTERS' CONFERENCE

Sir, Black Money>PART 1 PREVENTION OF BLACK MONEY>3>This re-survey of land in a mission mode will also spur DIGITAL INDIA besides cutting down corruption and black money associated with real estate which could be around 40%. Even after amending the UPA's Land Acquisition Act to acquire a land one needs the village offices and the register offices. I remember you stating in Chai Pe Charcha that even Emperor Shivaji re-surveyed the land every 30 years. We've satellite mapping today&are struggling

Sir, Black Money>PART 1 PREVENTION OF BLACK MONEY>2>After the taxes one area that creates black money is corruption plus the revenue departments from village offices to taluk offices to district collectorates to state revenue departments right up to the urban development ministry at the centre. as you did it in Gujarath with the world's 2nd largest broadband network our land records across the country has to be digitized after re-survey>revenue&traffic departments believed to be very corrupt

Sir, Black Money>PART 1 PREVENTION OF BLACK MONEY>1>Sir, plse treat black money like a disease involving prevention and cure. naturally prevention is better than cure. as everyone knows high taxes created by poor tax recovery which creates more taxes in a new budget instead of reducing taxes by plugging leakage is one of the best way to reduce black money>higher taxes=more tax evasion&more tax disputes clogging up the tax tribunals&courts. tax havens knew this&harvested other countries' capital

Dear PM Modi ji (hereafter>"Sir")>Black Money Debate>Some Thoughts>saw the debates in parliament&the attacks by opposition hence these posts>Plse consider if India could enter in to far better tax treaties with smaller tax havens&then work on bigger tax havens so that India has a better template without being burdened by "confidentiality close". These my suggestions are in two parts> Part 1> >PREVENTION OF BLACK MONEY & Part 2> RECOVERY OF BLACK MONEY. i hope&pray this is helpful to our BHARATH

Dear PM, To make business friendly environment, the government has to provide 24/7 electricity,Water , Roads, Shipping facilities , and safety to NRIS or owners. I was slapped with a false atrocity case by an insurance agent to prevent me from filling FIR for the fraud he committed in my wifes Insurence policy. As a NRI Investor i wish to secure my safe entry back home. NRI s should be exempted from such non baileble offence.

We will gladly become ambassadors if (a) you do not focus only on a select few (cream de la creme) with connections, (b) provide a tangible mechanism to engage. (c) Make the connection authentic and stress-free (start with the Indian visa process pls!)

Dear Sri PM Sir, Good Day. Please make easy that a citizen of India should donate least currency to PM fund with hazel free. If so a person donates least of 1 Rs. just imagine how much can rise the fund by multiples of our citizens. This amount can be used to avoid liquor supply by state govts. All the excise and prohibition staff can be utilized for other good services.

Indians are hard working and disciplined people this I realized after coming out of the country. As an example in Bahrain where I live, its the same labour worker from India who works hard, does not drink, does not miss behave, no crime, saves money and sends to the family back home. The same guy when in India will drink, beat his wife, miss behave with everyone, does criminal activities. I found that the reason for this is the rules are strict here and they are implemented.
