NRI people work abroad and send money to India. Their old parents and property should be take care by local police and government. This step will make them more confident and they can work abroad with free minds and become a contributing citizen of India

Does not belong here but needs attention Respected Sir, I think we should also think about the forest departments in INDIA. Are the Organisations working on restoring Forest? Since Forests are very important and might help in restoring the monsoon in INDIA. We should start planting trees so that we get adequate rainfall and helps in recovering monsoon. "IF EVERY INDIAN TAKES AN EFFORT OF PLANTING JUST ONE TREE, IMAGINE WHAT CAN 1.25 BILLION TREES COULD DO" to save "DHARTI MAA" and environment.

You should link with the universities in Canada or rather all countries to have a student exchange program for our kids to live in India and kids from India to go to those countries. So that they can learn or exchange ideas etc. To bring them closer and know the culture way of living by this they can teach each other.
