My name is pramod and I have being living in Hong Kong for last 21 years. I have bought 2 residential property in Bombay and got stuck between the building co-operative society. They quote some self made rules stating that apartments can't be rented out to spinsters or bachelors. This seems to be very weird rule and against the constitution .
