There is a need to be had a good coordination between all agencies involved to achieve what has been set if good governance is to be achieved for the implications and consequences of any development plan is always overlooked and or otherwise unexpected. Lack of coordination between all nodal agencies and departments involved has always been the backbone to a failure of any development plan.So if Smart city Pasighat is to be had effectively,there is a need to change the mechanism in the working
