The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

india"s slogan "'unity in diversity'" will be possible only if our government take bake caste or religious reservation. This reservations follow the same split and rule policy of british govt.Only reservation based on economy is neede in my opinion.

The fact related to inclusive education till today in our country is negligible.today govt. Could built inideal ramps in only few schools of our country. In real sense inclusive education only could be succeed when we would change the system according to the needs of children with special needs(CWSN).for this we have to bring manifold modification in educational system.though it is challengeful but feasible.

@Jawriya Kazi First off all, as we are born in India under Indian Constitution, we are all Indian. Please ignore such type of eye catching headlines. We all have right to equality, and each student of our country has right for education. Please bring the issues to politicians which will benefit you in long run, don't get satisfied with temporary subsidies.

IN DNA NEWSPAPER OF 13.04.2015 ON FRONT PAGE THERE WAS HEADLINE TO STRIP MUSLIMS OFF THE VOTING PROCESS. WELL THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA DECLARES EACH CITIZEN EQUAL BEFORE LAW AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON OF THE COUNTRY CAN SPEAK OVER THE CONSTITUTION. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO EQUALITY HENCE THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD MAKE ATTEMPT TO ENSURE AND IMPLEMENT IT. EACH STUDENT OF THE COUNTRY HAVE RIGHT TO STUDY WHERE EVER HE/SHE DESIRE.

@anil Kumar Yadav I don't understand why we don't have enough money to pay to our teachers if nation is dependent on them. Are poor and disabled people are just for vote banks to whom we can appease by giving temporary subsidies. No body is ready to go to fundamental and solve the problem from root. All are just superficial. Even if we are all depended on poor (e.g agricultural sector), no one is ready to make their child educated so that in future he can bring better productivity.

@Deep Shah Providing reservation to back ward class is just an eye wash made by govt. to collect vote banks. Actually they don't care to give quality education to the poor, so that they are enabled to stand on their own feet. If every body gets quality education, then there will be no need for reservation.
