The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

i want to say that in the field like medical admission should be given on merit basis not on caste basis. a sc/st candidate with 50% will become mbbs or md/ms but if he does not have proper knowledge how will he cure patients? in contrast to this a candidate of general category with 85-90% might not get admission in government college. and if he is not financially rich he would not be able to pay donations worth lakhs in private colleges. inspite of being capable would not be able to study.

For students whose problems is not that severe, should be taught with normal students, but special care should be given to those students. So teachers must have knowledge about child psychology and must implement proven scientific strategies for effective teaching.

Girls, SCs, STs, Minorities does not require special care. They should be only encouraged to come to school like other members of society. Special care is need for the students suffering from dyslexia or other mental health problems. I think special schools are required for it and highly qualified teachers on psychology should be appointed for them. http://qr.ae/dvbtX

Correction required in Government Policies for girls. "A single girl child" have special provisions in admission in schools, fee concession etc by Govt. But why all these facilities withdrawn at once if her sister come into the world ? Facility to "Only two girls child" should be as equivalent to "One girl child".

Also, this will provide individual attendtion to the kids who in otherwise overcrowded environment will get the uniqueness lost. This can also help in not wasting the precious young years of children while government is still struggling to set up infrastructure for schools and skill development of school teachers.

Government can formally encourage community driven education as an alternative for attending schools. In this case, a person who is educated can teach few students (may be upto 5 kids) the subjects in state/central sylabbus. After teaching them for few years, they can be encouraged to enroll in nearby schools. GoI/State can incetivise such teachers. This will help in kids from disadvantaged background who cannot spend full day in school.

I am not happy to comment on such topic which is made for create differences so in my view govt. should motivate the public and for special need person ,govt.should make a vision ,programs for education, care ,whole life survivals & for that their education should be a entrepreneurs as well as employment generative and govt.should open some vacancy purely for that like a leg handicapped person should be trained for computer job so that he can work easily

First of all in education there is no such difference s arrives like who is SC,ST,MINORITY, SPECIAL NEEDS etc when we think like that then the public also think the same & for that we have to remove the difference like girls &boys our mind set require to change now we Indian spent lot of money on girls marriage but do not want to spent too much money on her education &this the culprit in our social boundary so we have to motivate all public for girls education as well as boys education..

I would like to give ideas to this government. That when we failed to educate girls and increase literacy.Let govt have mode of satellite teaching through television. If they can't be allowed to go schools or no facility to go, let education go to their door step. Let women also make use of this. And i would also suggest them to spread awareness of fundamental rights given by constitution.Let them make use of it full effective way & in right direction.Let village panchyats&unemployment youth help.
