The issue of social access and equity are far too complex. While the gaps in average enrolments between disadvantaged groups like SC, ST, Muslims, girls and Children with special needs and the general population have decreased, there is still a considerably large gap in learning levels with historically disadvantaged and economically weaker children having significantly lower learning outcomes. Large and growing learning gaps threaten the equity gains achieved on the enrolment front because children with lower levels of learning are more likely to drop out. We need to examine current interventions in bridging the gender and social gaps and identify focused strategies for effective inclusion.

sir, Please engage BJP worker and RSS workers to encourage parents of Girl Child, minorities for sending them to school. Secondly we should abolish caste reservation system and should provide education to all the poors so that they can establish themself and can help in nation building. Thirdly, proper monitering should be done from you and your honest ministers.

I am against any reservation. We should remove all reservations except the most underprivileged tribes. I believe that reservations should not be based on caste or gender. Instead they should be based on the economic grounds of a family. A fix number be reserved for economic backward families and rest seats should be open to all. Government can give scholarships to people from different casts, but admission to a institute should be on merit.

instead of giving reservation give economic help and fundings like scholarship. For this purpose we can integrate foreign investments and bring in foreign institutions to setup their branches here and also provide merit based scholarships to Indian students. Also the government should invest tax payers money mainly on education and talent building institutions. That would bring up talented people and motivate them whether they are general or scheduled castes.

I want to share my views on the education of differently abled children. They are specially blessed by the almighty but some of our ruckus schools show biasness towarda them. One solution to this maybe is the encouraging and opening of more and more educational institutions for them like i read somewhere there is only one such university in india which is in kerala for deaf and dumb persons. So i urge honble pm and fm to grant special budget regarding this.

Emphasizing on girl education as well as empowerment surely build a strong base for our nation & same for special child.but realy i dont support for sc/st /obcs & for minorities... until then if they cant afford.if girl is educated then she not only do good for her better future but also she support her both families and take care of them.she not only deliver good atticates to her child but also she will make them aware about good and bat thing prevailing in society.

SCs, STs and Minority should not be given reservation. The only support which the government should give them is the free education. If the student will be capable, he will score well and come forward. The competition should be without any biasness or favour on the name of cast and creed.

Mr. Modi ji I am a resident of Gurgaon Haryana, closely watching the education system and policies of Haryana state in this regard. Though the district Gurgaon is NCR but I found lapses and differences in education system offered for nursery admission under EWS category comparing to Delhi. There is merely a school in this area reaching to the minimum admission target to EWS people for nursery or any other class. If seek clarification on it they says the policy is not clear on nursery admissions.
