Few suggestions: - 1. Approach countries who do not have manual scavenging and learn their system of addressing this problem. 2. Drainage system to be revitalized with broader pipelines and better connectivity.

To reconnect to youth of India, pls consider providing free limited period Web connectivity on Mobile devices& unlimited access to public websites like this one. This is technically possible & won't cost much. A good idea even if mooted by opponent is worth considering.

I don't know what for this land acquisition bill is being pushed through. Acquisition for almost all the exempted categories can legally be done otherwise also. The newly added proviso to Section 24 has already been made redundant by the Supreme Court in its judgment in Radiance Fincap's case. There r so many able lawyers in this Govt. Why nobody is able to appreciate this. Other than bringing bad name, this exercise is doing no good either to country or to the Govt.

Install video camera on desk board, catch the people who is throwing garbage on the roads, their littering activity along with car number plate will be recorded and the govt can send ticket them with appropriate fine.
