As we all know using Solar street light having problems like breaking of lights with is placed on road and battery is not safe, So better make the private company to make use of Solar street light compulsory which they internally use in their company, So their will be no issues like battery security and light breaking issues. So lot lot of electricity will be saved...... Thank you

MNRE and State Govt. should think on how to implement and ensure execution of energy conservation policies by State Govt. e.g. like Haryana. My suggestion is like Haryana,1) make mandatory use of Solar power by Industries and Commercial organizations 2) Give Notices to bulk Consumers about compliance before certain Cut-off date 3) After Cut-off date, Distribution Co. should buy REC's on behalf of Defaulters from Market and Bill them every month. This will help everyone.

a big problem with solar energy is that it fluctuates during morning to evening and through seasons. The only answer is storage warehousing. power storage facilities may be allowed to be installed. Power companies may ensure regular purchase of power from these solar powered warehouses. This will generate additional employment and availability of power to the needed sector.Govt can also build solar power arehouses in Govt. Buildings with PPP model increasing self sufficiency & energy efficiency.

Government should consider metering power to all offices based on time. Many offices have lights and ACs running late in the night. Heavier tariff should be imposed for power consumed after office hours or late in the night and on Sundays. This will also force Companies to ensure unnecessasry late sitting is avoided.

The Govt of India should consider the option of including the spendings on solar energy under the CSR activities by the private businesses. These businesses can install on solar energy equipments in their campuses and earn carbon credits as well. Similarly, Govt of India can consider the option of covering all the investments in Solar by individual tax payers under Sec 80C of IT Act. This will bring a tsunami in the country for installing solar energy and result into huge savings.

Standby power is a great concern for the developing countries.Millions of Mw units are wasted just to keep the devices on standby. Other OECD countries have taken One watt initiative to save energy. So why India cannot. Lets join our hands and eliminate standby power. To this context I have researched and made a product which existing customers can use it to save energy and as well as Money. so if anyone is interested in taking this product to the customers feel free to to contact me!!

The following should be implemented in all government buildings: 1. LED lights 2. Occupancy and motion sensors 3. Double layer windows (for saving energy while using air conditioning or heating) 4. Energy efficient doors 5. Roof top solar panels wherever possible
