At pavement, or at intersection, micro wind turbine should be implemented that could atleast be able to charge/emit for LED Lights. As car move on and off, these tiny wind turbines would help in generating electricity and thereby adding to the existing energy which is still deficient in our country. Similarily, Trains Roof, station Roof should all be installed with Solar panels which would be able to generate electricity helping to add on to our daily needs.

We need to tap solar direct energy for running fans, bulbs, exhaust fans in offices. Specially those who transact their business during daylight sud tap solar energy directly without using batteries. This will not only cut electricity consumption but also add wealth to the organisation. This sud first need to be implemented in big offices

All conventional CRT monitors in government/ semi-government offices must be replaced by LCD/LED monitors, which uses 40% less power than conventional CRT monitors. Also needs less space & improve visuals.

When I landed at Mumbai International Airport & was waiting for taxi at exit gate, I saw 4 escalators of length use-to-reach 4 floors. I was waiting at exit gate for 2.5 hours & I saw just 17 people had used those escalators to go up&down. Those huge escalators were running all the time idly. Why cant we use proximity sensors to control the start/stop of escalators? Escalators consumes too much power, hence it not efficient to run them idly. Proximity sensors must be install to each escalator.

In Govt Dept BARC Mumbai, electrical power is used ruthlessly, as govt pays bill amount . Reduction of number of AC in Offices / Audit on no.of AC units in offices is required. Employees need to be encouraged to save electrical energy. Employees should use electrical power, the way we use it in our home. Electrical Sub meters needs to be installed in various sub- offices to know & check energy consumption.

The price of Electricity consuming objects can be raised to such an extent only rich people can afford. The government gives electricity, gas and so on for subsidized rate. Make people forsake the traditional ways of living. Then stop the subsidy. Is it wise? If there is no subsidy people might have not left traditional fire woods. The cost of electricity from sun and other sources will be almost equal if no subsidy for other sources, I hope. People loose their health owing to modern life style
