We should look to deploy renewable and cost-effective ways to provide energy: 1).Create cluster of villages and employ water harvesting mechanism shared among the cluster. 2).Each village should have BIO GAS plant providing energy to houses categorized based on # of house ranging from Small (100 house), Medium(200 house) and Large (500 house) per village.

Finance Ministry issues orders for use of both sides of papers in government offices, but individual central ministries never adhere to it. Even notes send to Cabinet should also be typewritten on both sides but it is not followed by any Ministry and even PMO is also not interested in its enforcement. A switchover from paper governance to electronic governance, will save papers leading to savings for future energy reserves of earth. It will also decrease harassment of citizens and bribery

Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) के अन्तर्गत The HOME LIGHTING SYSTEMS (घरेलु सौर उर्जा) पर अनुदान तथा ऋण (Special Subsidy and Bank linkages for Loan) Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE)

Govt can promote LED lamps by bringing down the price.Technically it should not cost so much. Common people are scared of the price.
