The building should be so designed that its architecture is capable of handling bhartiya temperature conditions. Roofs and wall musts be equipped with solar energy capturing devices to meet their power requirements. Movement sensor must be in place to switch off the power supply to electric components when not in use. Govt. employee/officer should be answerable to his subordinate and the lowest ranked employee to the common man and not to his officer to handle corruption and inefficiency.
