My suggestion is to start promotion to use bicycles for going to office for the gov. & Pub. Sector employees. Through this promotion we can 1:- Save petroleum 2;- Improve health level of employees 3;- Reduce traffic at peak hours 4;- Can reduce Fiscal deficit by reducing import of petroleum 5;- Reduce pollution (both air & Noise) 6:- Get rid of parking problem 7:- Help to make green india. To promote we have to start volunteerly or by allowance for bicycle to the employee.
