A start up fund should be encouraged and given tax concessions. It would nurture spectrum of entrepreneurs in our country. This would give fund to innovators, inventions to the nation and money to investors. Several success stories and models are available across the world. We should announce a policy in this budget. God Bless My Country.

For next budget we should form two SEZs in Chennai & Mumbai. These would focus on gaming, mobile application development, animation & Computer graphics. Red Chillies & Tata Elexi like companies are doing good in Mumbai & some studios are doing well in Chennai. This would help us to grow as soft power, and earn foreign exchange. It would nurture our local talent too.

We should prevent a centralized DNA & information database of missing children's parents. Later when we find missing child from train, orphanage, brothel or elsewhere, their DNA should be matched with centralized database. These would help us to reunite them. God Bless My Country.

Well I personally feel that R&D in the sectors of Solar Cells would help immensely. For example, I am a Chemical Engineering Undergraduate and I'm working on making DSSC Cells which are very cheap alternative to Conventional Solar Cells. Imagine if very cheap solar cells are available to all, how good it will be. We can have clean and pure energy at very reduced costs. So effective R&D in Energy Sector is very much required

6) Encourage energy efficiency at the designing stage itself. The local bodies should clear the energy efficient building plan on fast-tracked basis and also charge a lesser percentage of processing charges for such energy efficient building plans, 7) Encourage use of natural light as far as possible, 8) Encourage roof top solar power systems and solar water heaters.
