There is widespread wastage of energy in almost all govt offices. Fans, coolers & ACs are misused & once put on in the morning , are switched off only very late in the evening , when the office gates are finally closed for the day . Govt employees/officials do not bother to switch off lights/cooling equipments even during planned lunch/refreshment breaks, when they leave their offices for long periods of time. Inferior quality equip. are bought which consume more power, due to deep rooted cor

There is a good scope for energy conservation in office buildings. Generally, 5 to10% of the energy utilization is for lighting; but about 50% to 60% is utilised for Airconditioning , heating and ventilation. By appropriately re-designing the building utility and the equipment used, it is possible to save about 10% electricity with an investment with ROI of 2 to 4 years. This will be an initiative that shows benefits theoritically and practically with documentary proof.

road building agencies in cities are adding one more layer on urban roads every year ,which is not only resulting in creation of drainage problems for people living there but also wasting resources, recycling of roads may be made mandatory ans old layer should be removed and reprocessed to relay on the road . this will save natural resources.

All people should be aware of energy conservation from his/her study table by switching of the lamp after use.On farm resource management, use of biofuels, implementation of tidal waves, scientific research on fuel from crop residues and by product, use of geothermal energy, solar pannels, test for trapping currents during ligthening, maximum rain water storage stuructures should be in use.But rural mass should be properlytrained to know about the energy crisis and how to overcome from it.

make it cumpulsory having solar panel on each building and offices... if it us done then More energy or say renewable one can be generated . if company installed it Must pe given some free on tax and so competition would buildup... secondly water harvesting in every building must be done so that water can be preserved and hence electricity will be saved indiretly.

Make it compulsory for the private companies to preserve/use 2% of their net annual profit for establishing/maintaining renewable energy sources like solar panels or the buildings can use the roofs to store water which can later be used to generate electricity like the way it is done in hydro-power plants.
