Several studies have shown that school children do not seem to acquire age appropriate skills in reading, writing and numeracy. There is a need to explore the various approaches to improve teaching–learning at the elementary stage. The objective of this theme is to understand the issues of low learning achievement levels in elementary schooling, assess the system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation and suggest ways and methods of improving the learning outcomes of school children which would result in enhancing the quality of elementary education.

पालकॊ कॆ लियॆ अपनॆ छॊटे बच्चॊ कॊ स्कूल् भॆजना अनिवर्य् कर् दिया जायॆ राज्यॊ कॆ शिक्षा मन्डलॊ कॊ बन्द् कर् दिया जायॆ सारॆ भारत मॆ सीबीऎसई पाठ्यक्रम् लागु कर् दिया जायॆ शिक्षकॊ कॆ लियॆ मध्यान्ह् भॊजन् खाना अनिवार्य कर् दिया जायॆ भॊजन् की गुणवत्ता मे सुधार् अपनॆ आप् आ जायॆगा नैतिक् मुल्यॊ का विकास् करनॆ पर् सर्वधिक् बल् दिया जायॆ

CCE pattern 2009 should be removed in education exam pattern because more paperwork for teachers and no practical work which causes poor education system. No Detention Policy should also be removed and conduct exam three times in a year.

अध्ययन का मूलमन्त्र होना चाहिये । इसकी व्यावहारिकता पर सबसे कड़ी दृष्टि होनी चाहिये ।" विद्यार्थियों में सर्वप्रथम शिष्टता एवं सदाचारिता ही कूट-कूट कर भरनी चाहिये । विद्यार्थियों के नैतिक और चारित्रिक विकास से सम्बन्धित विषय-वस्तुयें भी होनी चाहिये। विद्यार्थियों का समुचित विकास किस प्रकार हो, यह पूरी जिम्मेदारी गुरुजन बन्धुओं पर ही होना चाहिये। सुधारात्मक अनुशासन विद्यार्थियों पर बराबर रहना चाहिये । इसके साथ ही किसी भी पारिवारिक व्यक्ति को गुरुजन बन्धुओं के अनुशासन में दखल नहीं देना चाहिये ।

Ensuring Learning Outcomes in Elementary Education अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ज्ञान पर ही समाज का पूरा भविष्य आधारित है। अध्ययन-अध्यापन और ‘ज्ञान’ समाज सुधार और जीवोद्धार तथा सुखी-सम्पन्न समाज हेतु सर्वप्रथम सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण एवं सभी के लिए ही एक अनिवार्यतः आवश्यक विधान है । विद्यार्थी ही भावी समाज का कर्णधार होता है। "गुरुजन बन्धुओं को चाहिए कि सबसे पहले विद्यार्थियों को शिष्टाचार का व्यावहारिक पहलू मजबूत करें ! ‘सत्यं बद्; धर्मं चर !

Ensure mother tongue/local language as medium of instruction along with samskrit for quality in grammar/phonetics. Use activity method/theory learning in 60/40 ratio.Activity is to learn local works/processes 1st. there is no limit over the content of learning as child's potential is very high compared to elders.Lady teacher are also of preference as they possess the delicacy to handle teenagers better than the male teachers.

Mother tongue should be the medium of instruction at least till the primary level.It will help the child to learn better,to express better.In turn it will improve their thinking skill.Burden of books should be reduced.

New education policy Must have more emphasis on primary education . All the basic needs must provide to primary school and every ward must get admission in primary school either he/ she's from any background. C.P. Sharma

शिक्षा घर तथा देश के विकाश में सहयोगी होता है । सुखी सम्पन्न समाज तथा रास्ट्र हेतु शिक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण करी का काम करती है। शिक्षको को चाहिए की बच्चो में ऐसी शिक्षा दे कि शिक्षा के साथ साथ शिस्टाचार, वयवहार का गुण भी दिखाई देना चाहिए ।
