Several studies have shown that school children do not seem to acquire age appropriate skills in reading, writing and numeracy. There is a need to explore the various approaches to improve teaching–learning at the elementary stage. The objective of this theme is to understand the issues of low learning achievement levels in elementary schooling, assess the system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation and suggest ways and methods of improving the learning outcomes of school children which would result in enhancing the quality of elementary education.

1. Moral values education : We should come up with stories which brings out values like honesty, humanism, respect for women, punctuality, proper usage of given resource etc. These stories can be collected from various sections of society or there can be a contest where in the best entries are selected. These can be introduced from class II till Class VI. The format can be story telling with no tests but teacher brings out the moral clearly.

1. Let school education be a monopoly by Govt. 2. Need to eradicate difference in giving school education....across (a) rural n urban (b) rich n poor (C) Govt school n private. (d) state/ CBSE/ICSE..... .... Coz..the original scenario is,ALL SEEKERS OF QUALITY EDUCATION...ARE STUDYING IN PRIVATE SECTOR, N ALL QUALITY TEACHERS ARE WORKING IN GOVT SECTOR....

आदरणीय शिक्षा मंत्री महोदया , मैं आपसे आग्रह करता हू की कृपया मध्याह्न भोजन योजना को केन्द्रियकृत करें , और शिक्षको को इस योजना सि मुक्त किया जाये. बच्चो को गुनवत्ता पूर्ण शिक्षा के लिये ये आवश्यक हैं . मैं आपसे एक बट और कहना चाहता हू की पोशाक एवं छात्रवृति की राशि छात्रो के खाते में भेजा जाये. बच्चो के उज्जवल भविष्य के लिये पहली क्लास से कदाचार मुक्त परीक्षा लिये जाये. छात्र शिक्षक अनुपात ठिक की जाये और शिक्षको को सम्मान जनक मेहनताना दिया जाये.

In Elementary, student must have strong knowledge in basic, they must understand subject and learn. If all over India have same syllabus or books means that will best education system.

In primary classes(I-III), Basicsubjects should include only English, Hindi and Maths.Besides,students should be exposed to subjects like Physical Education(Yoga and sports)*,Moral Education** and ADM. Students must be evaluated on these. *PE must be included so that students are exposed to physical exercise and at leaset 7-8 spots during these years. **Moral Edu.-Students should be taught basic duties. ***Art, Dance, Music (Add. Photography):Will provide them to nurture one hobby 4 life

प्राथमिक शिक्षा की प्रदा को सुधारने के लिए निष्पक्ष मूल्यांकन प्रणाली का केन्द्र सरकार केनियंत्रण में विकसित किया जाना व लागू करना अनिवार्य है! शिक्षक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी व गुणवत्तापूर्ण बनाया जाय क्योंकि वर्तमान भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्णत: पक्षपातपूर्ण है ज्समें पैसावालों वपहुँचवालों को ही मौका मिलता है और योग्य गरीब लोग बेरोजगार हो जीवन को मजबूरन बिताते हैं तथा असल भारत शक्ति का ह्रास होता जा रहा है इसको तत्काल रोका जाय

first of all govt. must decide what way they have to move on & where they want to see the nation after a certain time frame then accordingly to the need and making base of psychology and philosphy of society norms and ethics be abide mother tongue of the child must be given importance till class 2 after that national language & english must be taught

Elementary education is the heart of the future India. We should learn and apply the education methodology from other countries too. Primarily we should concentrate on moral values in elementary education. Also gov should negate the private from the elementary. We should bring the knowledge of environment, respect to the fellow human beings, sex education and technology in the elementary level. All of the above should be implemented by activity based learning.
