Several studies have shown that school children do not seem to acquire age appropriate skills in reading, writing and numeracy. There is a need to explore the various approaches to improve teaching–learning at the elementary stage. The objective of this theme is to understand the issues of low learning achievement levels in elementary schooling, assess the system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation and suggest ways and methods of improving the learning outcomes of school children which would result in enhancing the quality of elementary education.

मोदी जी और उनकी पूरी टीम को राम राम, मै एक मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार से हूॅ। मेरी बेटी (6 वर्ष) 2015 कक्षा 1 सेंट फ्रांसीस स्कुल मे प्रवेश लिया परंतु विधालय का पुरा वातावरण ही भिन्न है यहा संस्कार तो बहुत वन्दे मातरम् जैसा अमुल्य गीत भी न ही कभी गाया व सिखाया जाता है। अंग्रेजी में ही पढाया, लिखाया, समझाया व बोला जाता है शहर मे अच्छे विधालय का आभाव है अत: आपसे विशेष अनुरोध है कि इस समस्या का कोई उचित समाधान निकाले अन्यथा बच्चो के लिए अच्छे स्तर के सरकारी स्कूल तथा अच्छे शिक्षक का चयन करे ताकी देश का

Every Child when he start going to school, they should be teach on cultural values such as Keeping surrounding place clean, should tough them to put waste in dustbin whereever they go, they should be educate to give respect to elders, teachers.

वर्तमान की शिक्षा प्रणाली में संस्कार नही है। बच्चो में संस्कार जरूरी है। इसके लिए कुछ करना चाहिए। शिक्षा के साथ संस्कार जोड़कर भारतीय संस्कृति को आगे बढाया जा सकता है।

25 per cent of elementary school teacher should be appointed through centralized system of recruitment and its implementation should be binding on each state. At elementary level, all schools should be government owned and first preference for the school should be on the basis of vicinity. Sarabjit Pathak पूरे भारत में यह नियम लागू किया जाना चाहिए कि जो भी व्यक्ति सरकारी नौकरी में है।चाहे वो कलेक्टर हो या SP या कोई अन्य कर्मचारी।सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढेंगे और जिनके बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में न पढते हो उन्हें सरकारी नौकरियों से निकाल दिया जाए।सभी लोग समझ सकते है कि जब जिले के कलेक्टर और SP तथा अन्य अधिकारीयों के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ना आरम्भ कर देंगे,तो उन स्कूल में शिक्षा का स्तर क्या होगा और शिक्षक किस तरह की पढाई वहाँ करवाएँगे।
