Several studies have shown that school children do not seem to acquire age appropriate skills in reading, writing and numeracy. There is a need to explore the various approaches to improve teaching–learning at the elementary stage. The objective of this theme is to understand the issues of low learning achievement levels in elementary schooling, assess the system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation and suggest ways and methods of improving the learning outcomes of school children which would result in enhancing the quality of elementary education.

भारत एक गरीब देश है यहाँ हर साल पुरानी किताबो को रद्दी के बहो बेच दिया जाता है एक किताब को एक बार इस्तिमाल होने से कितना नुकसान है अगर एक किताब बार बार इस्तिमाल हो तो देश का कितना पैसा बर्वाद होने से बच जाये गा या यूँ कहे के अभिवावक को नई किताब ख़रीदने पर मजबूर किया जाता है ये हमारे शिक्षा के मंदिर को कुछ चंद दलालो ने देश को बर्वाद कर दिया है. बच्चे पुरानी किताबे इस्तेमाल ना कर ले इस लिए हर साल किताबे बदल देते है और मन माफिक पैसे बसूल सके कुछ स्कूल / कॉलेज तो दस दस गुना पैसे वसूल ते है

Absence of teachers and engagement in non eduacational work is a major problem. presence should be stictly ensured by applying GPRS system. Simultaneously, teachers may be updated with required knowledge by organising special classes for them, while the students are engaged in sports activities or in non educational curriculum.

IMPORTANT ISSUE: Strengthening of primary education in villages is very necessary. Gov. Teachers remain absent for months with cooperation of well wishers in villages and department. Attendance should be in hands of village committee of 10 person headed by pradhan. Teachers salary should be released only after verification of attendance by village committee. If teachers are regular in full strength progress will be dramatic.Teachers should get incentives based on child performance under them.

SERIOUS ISSUE: Many Gov. teachers posted in villages do not attend school but regularly getting salaries. Primary education is in hands of dummy teachers regular teachers doing some other work or living somewhere else. SOLUTION: District education officer should introduce all new and old teachers to villagers and panchayat per month at least 100 people in form of meeting and take their feed back on their attendance and quality. This is alternative to Biometric attendance.

Preparing Kids for a Successful Future Team work was increasingly becoming the hard skills of today's work force and in social engagements. It's just not enough to be highly trained in technical skills, without developing the softer, interpersonal and relationship-building skills that help people to communicate and collaborate as a team effectively. Our education system should focus on doing work as a team rather than INDIVIDUALS. Please refer the attached PPT.

इसका प्रभाव-- पानी PHE का EE चेक करेगा । सफाई महापौर, भोजन व्यबस्था फ़ूड अधिकारी, पढ़ाई JD Education अधिकारी, लाईट EE, सभी स्कूल चमन बन जाएंगे । सोचो क्या यह नही हो सकता । कलेक्टर का बच्चा जब स्कूल आएगा और पापा से कहेगा । पापा पानी में कीड़ा तो पापा टंकी साफ कराएँगे । पापा गर्मी तो पापा AC भेजेगें । खाना देसी घी में बनेगा । न जाने क्या क्या ! जरा सोचो !! इसे खूब फारवर्ड करे और CM और PM को मजबूर करे | निवेदक ---- Dr. Neeraj Meel 9785130030

मेरा विचार "SAVE EDUCATIONE: SECURE NATION" मात्र 15 दिन में सरकारी स्कूलों का विकास संभव है । क्या प्राइवेट स्कूल और क्या बोर्डिग सब पीछे हो जाएगे मात्र जरूरत है तो CM और PM के निर्देश और आदेश की । 1- सरकारी स्कूल में सभी सरकारी ऑफिसर व् कर्मचारी के बच्चे पढ़ेंगे नही तो नोकरी छोडना होगी । 2. कलेक्टर, SP, विधायक, तहसीलदार, JD और ALL GOVT. RELATED सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढ़ेंगे । AS WELL AS 'ONLY TWO CHILED AFTER 2002 RULES' फिर देखो सब के सब स्कूल के बाहर खड़े दिखेंगे ।

first of all there should be proper infrastructure of school as surrounding impact more on children.teacher should be trained enough so that children learning become fun instead of load.we are living in IT world so e-Education became must in these days as "picture speaks louder than words"specifically for this system means only for elementary education there should be individual committee consisting of well sound educated ,young,females,NRI ,old experience person & Parents leader.
