We should maintain the heritage & natural beauty of Chandigarh. No high rising buildings should be allowed in the Sukhna lake region at any cost. Sukhna lake is the beauty & tourist spot of Chandigarh. Mystic & serenity during morning & evening walk is regd. There are some structures including Mobile tower which gives an ugly view from punchkula side. This should be shifted.

ac buses should be introduced in the city at local fare, chandigarh will be the first in the india where ac local buses are running at local fare, i know running ac bus per km will cost more , but revenue can be generated by installing lcd in every bus where local national adds will be shown. best way to minimize the fare difference

cng gas filling station required in the city, lpg is more risky as compare to cng, lpg is heavier then the air so when there is a leakage in vehicle, it can catch fire easily, if we take cng it is lighter than air, so when leakage is there risk of fire is less

Every resident's water & electricity billing may be linked with Aadhar card. UT/MC may consider passing discounts to Residents directly or impose penalties on any defaulters. Any resident choosing on e-billings may be given discount. Discounts may be extended for advance payments etc.
