Face lift to be given to e-samparks to give look of a Smart center. Too many activities in comparatively small area. No proper car/vehicles parking space. Entrance looks like a junk yard. SDO in-charge must be responsible for house keeping and ensure surrounding area is neat & clean. Tomorrow many activities may hv to added like issuing Smart cards for parking, electricity & water meters, metro etc and recharging support may become a regular affair.

Chandigarh has very lethargic strategy towards transfer of properties in certain cases which happens to limit the sale/purchase of properties in these areas. One example of this is the booths allotted in Sec 20 Azad market where the transfer amount is very high. Such is the case with Industrial Area where the Industrial Policy though recently changed has not much helped. Despite the industry body many a times asking for policy to be amended in way that helps and benefits SME industry.

Satya Bhushan has very rightly said that a majority chunk of the various sectors in Chandigarh has been dedicated/allotted to the Government housing program for it's employees. Now many of such houses are lying empty or in dilapidated condition. Also a most of these houses are only built single floors, hence they happen to waste a lot of space in the already scarce Chandigarh. These houses FAR be utilised and the burden be eased.

Despite Chandigarh having such a beautiful and extensive network of cycle/rickshaw lanes in the city, only a few care to use them. The rest tend to use the primary roads and add to the traffic. Strict implementation must be made to make people use these lanes, which not only smoothen ups the traffic but adds to there safety more importantly. Also some of such roads are not in very good conditions, such roads be renovated at the earliest.

As far as the stress on hospitals in Chandigarh is concerned it is not because of the inadequate facilities or infrastructure, but because of the geographical area it has to consider. PGIMER has to cater to the population of Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Haryana and Up(West) to an extent. Instead alternate or secondary health institutes of such precision/facilities be created in these neighbouring states to divert and essen up the pressure.

still people has to stand in rows in hospital so to make city smart first of all infrastructure of hospital should be improved,as chandigarh is ranked 1 in per capita income so chd should make a union with other developed cities of north like gurgoan, mohali, panchkula, ludhiana,Jalandhar,Bathinda,Faridabad to invite top ceos of the world and invest in these cities

a smart city is in which From housing robust infrastructure to creating employment opportunities, cities are hubs of development. They contribute to nation-building and act as engines that propel a country in the direction of progress. so, briefly to make chd smart foriegn investment should be encouraged to create employment and in the commercial hub of chandigarh is sector 17 and 22 so these sectors should be given special care , and to encourage small units chd must ask govt to cut int on loan
