The mandate of the Ministry of Culture is to preserve, promote, explore and share India’s culture and heritage along with ethos and values for the benefit of mankind. For achieving this Mission, the Ministry undertakes the following activities:

• Maintenance and conservation of heritage, historic sites and ancient monuments
• Administration of libraries
• Promotion of literary, visual and performing arts
• Observation of centenaries and anniversaries of important national personalities and events
• Promotion of institutions and organizations of Buddhist and Tibetan studies
• Promotion of institutional and individual non-official initiatives in the fields of art and culture
• Entering into cultural agreements with foreign countries

The functional spectrum of the Ministry ranges from creating cultural awareness from the grass root level to the international cultural exchange level. Details about several Schemes which are administered by Ministry of Culture for providing financial assistance for promoting cultural activities are available on the Ministry’s website (http://indiaculture.nic.in/).

Also, various organizations under the Ministry of Culture organize cultural programs and events from time to time.

The Ministry has decided to invite suggestions from the public regarding innovative ideas for effective use of Media in promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.

It is requested that the individual suggestions may be limited to about 200 words.

If one starts respecting culture of other states, it would not only enhance moral values but also guide manners. Any learning should start from school days. Now marriage melas are being conducted by respective states for their people.Let these marriages are sponsored and conducted by other states. for instance, let haryana government sponsor the marriage melas of people from Andhra Pradesh or Tamilnadu. And also, provide incentives to the brides (girls) who marry grooms (boys) of other state.

1. Digital Heritage First of all we should focus on making a digitalised heritage and culture. I believe that if we can make this material online, we will start to see and understand the vibrant colours of our culture at a glance. We need to reconsider our initial aim of building a single access to digital museum, digital library and archive for the people. A place where we all get an opportunity to look back and understand at the great achievements of the past.

district level nodes for cultural activities 1.each district to be flag bearer for devp and promotion of a cultural art form 2.district to be iden with that art form 3.district officials to be held responsible and be all support for the same 4.cultural art to be compulsory in all school and college fests/distt level activities 5.annual fest in the district to promote the cultural art form

1. develop district level nodes for cultural activities 2. improve connectivity to heritage site 3. integrated approach by ministry of I & B,ministry of culture and min of tourism 4. generate favorable public opinion for preservation of cultural heritage through bollywood and social network 5. more funds to NGOs working for preservation of cultural activities 6. integrate min of tribal affairs in the preservation of culture 7. social media be incorporated to spread awareness amongst youth

1) Website of each state's each department & other State Govt. websites can have a link "Know State's Heritage" e.g. for Haryana there can be "Know Haryana's Heritage". 2) All the State Govt. Documents like Licence / R.C. / Birth Certificate etc. can have background pictures as well as footer pictures of state's heritage & culture. 3) Govt. can plan to involve cinemas to present 30 seconds / 1 minute compulsory video of state's heritage before every show.

There is always is good opinion & a bad opinion for everything . As well the media is concerned it is most leading option for the people to get the information about the world . The field of mass & media is very helpful to carry out the "Indian Culture" to all the people all over the world . One of the major people need to focus & work on it & go for it . As i m assured der is no more distance between the success as you work hard .

Point No. 3 ( Guru ) Teacher will teaching in school we have put one subject in school itself. Student will study in middle age. If they grow they donot forget their culture and heritage. 4. God. All the human being will praise god. So we develop our culture in all the temples etc.. We give advertisement in tv channels, theatres, malls, All the railway stations, All the train we give advertisement. Monthly twice we give advertisement in papers also. Thank you all support our Indian Traditional
