Our judiciary systems are in deep need of complete overhaul. A delayed justice is nothing but a justice denied. The language used in case recordings and proceedings MUST be simplified and there should be service level agreements to be adhered to. Such is the numbers of cases in various courts and the treatments, We would soon find no one not having any cases in a lower or a higher court. Why are we not prioritizing digital technologies for India judiciary systems?

The number of mentally handicapped people especially children is very high. In proportionate to the number of mentally handicapped children, the facilities viz Hospitals,Professionals, Special Educators,Schools for such children are limited. Present available facilities are limited and outdated. Guardians are facing tremendous problems because of limited and costly available facilities. Kindly get started on this Independence Day, all state-of-the-art facilities for these children. Regards.

Transparency in govt services for the common man can be increased by heightened leverage of information technology and information management. We can learn best practices around single window clearances from some of the developed nations. Let me share an example - I wanted to apply for Adhar card for my daughter who is ten years old. I called up the helpline number 1947 and the call attendant confirmed two locations nearby my house where I could go and get the work done. I got wrong information.
