PM has missed a great opportunity by not informing Digital payments to political parties.
Why is he waiting for consensus on this issue ?
Did he wait for consensus on demonetisation ??
Announcing this for BJP will give unimaginable gains to party & NATION.

Recommendation :
-Government institutions to lead-by-example and go 100% cashless especially for public interactions
-Every transaction in state and central government offices should be digital even if the transaction cost is as low as Rs.10/-. Every single rupee spent by the common man whether its for purchasing a form or as processing fees or any other trivial thing, should be traceable digitally
-There can be help-desks provided for the individuals who are not acquainted with technology

SInce demone some people influenced to invest in gold and built up houses which inturn the sellers had some influence to change old notes as in jewellers so that has to be verified across the registrar office because many people diverted their amount to house/ land/ house sites

Sir
It is welcome one but implementation of demone is some what not in organised way My personal opinion is first they should be allowed to deposit with out limit in their account ot if no account start opening account and deposit in separate counter outside a bank since limit was used people started to look for other alternative
second time for deposit should be given only one week
third no exchange of old note with new one as it created to form a group for exchanging their notes
