On the Page 151 of the "Training Module On Enabling Digital Payments In Rural India Latest.pdf" document of Niti Aayog the Do's and Don'ts image can be extended to three pages where the content can be visible. The image has gone completely blur and this crucial content for training purposes isn't visible at all. Please help fix this and upload the latest doc. http://niti.gov.in/writereaddata/files/Training%20Module%20on%20Enabling%20Digital%20Payments%20in%20Rural%20India%20Latest.pdf

We are moving towards cash-less society, and it is important that we safeguard the users. Nowadays instances of fraud calls has gone up, asking for ATM pin etc, and innocent people are falling victim. Once such numbers are identified, telecom operators must block these numbers at their level.

Government is promoting cashless system and it is the rule of RBI that in metro cities more than 3 transactions are chargeable and in non metro cities more than 5 are chargeable. What a joke ! Whether we are actually going for cashless. According to majority answer is in negative.

-1st make it mandatory for all government employees to go cashless for the payments above 500rs.(since they are educated) -2 do not allow government employees to file IT showing cash transactions. -3 make it mandatory for all distributors (fmcg,ITC)to go cashless.(90% of small shop keepers pay money to them)

Following are my suggestions . 1) Every Hotel /Restaurant in the Cities must be made mandatory to pay them the Bills by Customers through Cards only as most of the Hotels /Restaurants are not accepting the Cards even today ! In Villages , transactions above Rs 500 should be made mandatory for payments through Cards/Digital Payments . 2) Adhar Card linked with identification of personnel as password will ensure Safety as present system lacks Safety and is dangerous to use in market !!!

Govt of india should make mandatory for all shopkeepers smaller ones to give bills else they will have to pay fine. The source of black money is the vendors selling without any bill evading taxes. They do not wat to use cashless transaction as they will make them in tax slab.So thay have lots of cash with them.Even a strret vendors earns a lot wohiout paying any taxes.

1. Make All govt transactions digital. 2. Make all business transactions digital above rs 500. 3. Make secure payment gateway MOST Secure which is most unsecured now a days. 4. Make one Govt body to track all digital transactions. 5. Secure the payment gateway and implement effective norms. 6. Make everywhere ( Merchant Shop , bus or anywhere) one alternate mode of online payment. 7. Make bank accounts mandatory as adhaar card for everybody. 8. Give all citizens debit chip card.

digital payment awarness and how to use digital payment? educate about debit and cerdit card detail, educate about payment without cash to small merchants through banks or government. if they got knowledge about payment without cash definitely this idea will bring success for digital india. first educate farmers and small merchants about the usage of government plans.

my government should lead by examples and make His own party as digital. So if his political party starts accepting donations via digital mode only then others will be left with no choice but to go for digital and transparent. This way we can citizens will also be encouraged and the growing anger among businessmen will also slow down. While interacting with some businessmen I realized that they have a feeling that the government is only pushing other but avoiding them self to go #digitalPayments
