prepaid cards can be used to pay for milkman,vegetable vendors.so bank can issue prepaid card in the denomination rs 100,rs 500, rs1000.so that shortages of small denominatio can be reduced. vendors can use this thro pos machines. bus /train ticket can also be purchased thro this card. pos can be prominently kept.

Bus fare in Metro cities should be paid through digital by using prepaid debit card like being paid in Buses in Singapore.

Government can continue with withdrawal limits on cash for individuals and Corporates. Cash withdrawals beyond these limits should be heavily taxed. Why do Corporates require cash? Only for corruption! Cash can be disbursed only for reimbursement of expenses of employees.

Our watchmen not able to read or write .he got basic phone. His grand daughter put some cartoon charecter to her phone number. He just see that and click it.
How this type of people go for digitalisation.
My suggestion is prepaid chargeble paisa card.he can use it in bus auto everywhere.he can recharge in any bank counter.that is simple solution.

Now at business places traders ask for 2% extra if card is presented, which encourages cash txn. In future when customer offers cash to make a purchase the trader should be in a position to say he will be charged 2 % extra and NIL for Card or Digital payment.It can be done only by a CashTxn Tax of 2% for all saver& trader deposits in Current &SB Accts
To facilitate this environment and to discourage cash transactions in general even by Trade, Business & Industry, Govt has to invariably impose a

Connecting all rivers of India for the agricultural and suppor the farmers employment for our nation. Based on this we shall provide life / employment for cores of people in the national. If we start a industry we can provde employment for countable nos and only in a specific locations. All the rivers must Have a small check dams for water storage.
