The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

There are no solution for the Trust, as the Trust account is not Adhar based or not linked with internet banking facilities or ATM facilities. So as a Trust Secretary we are facing problem to do cash less transaction. Please solve it.

Please remove transaction charges which is very high.. for just 593 rs i need to 5.5 rs extra.. I know now there is discount of rs 5 for cashless, but that's not sufficient.. and all of that service tax.. 15%.. too high.. Please reduce this.. first give a proper service then charge..

In UID based cashless transaction slip generation facility may be inc-operate for confirmation of citizen and merchant for further reference or record.

Niti Aayog organized training program on cashless transaction to all citizen with the help of Central Government/State Government/Banks/PSU employee as ECI organized on EVM Machine. Also include one column in ACR/APR for contribution in cash less transaction training program.

Most of the people fear that in future the government is collect more transaction charge for create and debit cards. kindly clarify the people. each and every time we are using debit card some amount of money is given to the VISA and RUPAy. some amount is given to the debit card swipping mechine (banks). each and every banks are collecting money for small transations. so we are fear that prices are increased. kindly form a new policy to stop any other transation charges from the banks and VISA

All Educational institutions(Government or Private) should mandatorily take the fee in cheque/digital mode: providing POS to the institutions would increase the digital transactions in the country. Banking facility can be extended through Post Office at distant locations (especially Hilly regions) and the same can be linked through Aadhaar Card Via BHIM.

Impower the BHIM app with various payment options (mobile/D2h recharge , electricity Bill,money transfer to other BHIM wallet and bank account. Also provide bus,train, Movie ticket. Custom siezed products sell,safal product s and many more. A complete payment solution which will linked with all payment option for most of sites. For Cash/Bill payment/money transfer/ shopping with economical price ,one destination BHIM. Which will safe and secure. One more option a retail store at each Town.

Make Compulsory Transaction above Rs.100 is in digital way. This cause no need of big notes, no need of changes, no duplicate note & no black money because all online payment should be observed by government.
