In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Mera apse anurodh hai ki esko khatam kiya jaye aur aisa sakht kanon bnaya jaye jiske anusar jiske paas zameen ki registry,intkaal,zmabandi ho us pe kabja aur koi challenge na kar ske aur kabja asli owner ka ho yeh kabja concept band hona chahiye pls ess pe jrur dhyan de taki bjurg sampati hone ke bavjud beshara na ho . dhnyavad

Mota bhai mai apka dhyan ek behad betuke kanon ki traf dilana chahta hoon jo angrejo ke time ka hai aur vo yeh hai ki ydi kisi ke paas apne zameen ki registry,intkaal,zmabandi. hai yani zameen ki kanuni manyta toh bhi koi aur uspe apna kabza kar skta hai aur us kabze ko sale bhi kar skta hai yeh kya hai .boht aise bjurg eski vjah se preshan hai jinki koi aulad nhi jo unki sampati ki raksha kar ske aur vo bechare ashrit hai us zameen pe lekin us pe kabja kar liya jata hai yeh kaisi vidabna hai

Regarding my last post on Aadhaar card. Issue a universal card like credit card with photo and the cost of the card recover from the card holder by debiting his bank account (department should make rules and associate with he help of bank.) Its also helps to open a Bank account of every Indian, the information regarding ID and Address proof collect from the aadhaar webportal.

For digital India first need good internet services all over the India each and every place , BSNL must need to be responsible for it ,BSNL has power to change the picture of internet service all over the India, need to awake work fast BSNL and other government organization.

While honorable PM is talking about Digital India, in Dilip Huzuri path, Dispur (Guwahati), Capital of Assam do not have BSNL land line.

Exactly sir it will useful but their should require to knowledge to operate to all. Because there is some much big mass in India that don't know even how use railway ticket booking system.

sir for digital india there should be less tariff charges of internet. and there should be good road connect to various village as the good quality road conditon of village and town. the digital equipment carry on this road have maintanece problem

Apologies for cross post. Please setup a government Wikipedia. Have a platform for all Central and State agencies to document their services and process. From constitution to every service and process of each department. If I want to know how to apply for Driver's licence, type wiki.india.gov.in and see what documents required, what is the process and by when I should get my Licence. I know it is easier said than done but having a platform like helps to control the corruption we have.
