In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

RESPECTED SIR, I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW BIG ISSUE OF LAW WERE LEGAL & ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE RECOGNIZED BY GOVT REVENUE GENERATION BUT NOT BY SOCIAL & ECONOMIC REQUIREMENT OF SOCIETY AS MY PROFESSION IS GOLDSMITH BUT WE HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE GOLD TO OUR CUSTOMERS AS WE ARE COMPLETELY SIDELINED BY GOVT PEOPLE (OFFICALS) ALWAYS SPECIFY OUR ENTIRE BUSINESS AS ILLEGAL ONLY BIG MONEY HOLDERS CAN BECOME JEWELERS WE DON'T EVEN COMPLAIN IF SOME THING GOES WRONG IN OUR BUSINESS

Everything should start from where we have full control on that particular orgnisation...central government offices are best suitable as per hold of GOI....ALL THE ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS, LEAVE APPLICATION, PERSONAL INFORMATION, IONs, MEETING NOTICE, MINUTES OF MEETING should be strictly in digital form. ये छोटी छोटी मगर मोटी बातें, किसी भी अन्य योजनाओ से पहले लागु होना चाहिये।

Respected PM , I beleive every hard working human being deserve a quality life , I see public transport drivers suffering with their shirts removed and driving in hot and dusty weather , I request you to insist on a immiediete implementation of AC cabins for every public bus / lorry / tempos and give them a comfort zone in return to their hardship, I am sure 90 percent of the problems created by public transport on our roads will be reduced as the drivers will be calm and respectful to their job

It is really appreciable initiative by our PM Modiji, every state government should provide dust bin to their citizen and in the city, village, town, everywhere there must a dustbin at particular distance on the road, so society will realize to dumb the garbage to the dustbin only. on daily/ weekly basis, people should be informed by the media like Local news paper/Social media/ TV/ Radio etc. & people will come to know about the importance of the cleanness and they will contribute for same.

I would like to present a Project proposal in front of you. This is basically a Gadget that can simplify our money transaction between individuals. By implementation of this type of gadget will eliminate corruption, bribing, black money etc. Basically it reduces our paper currency usage, so every money transaction can monitor by the government so taxation also will simplify. This gadget will have bio-metric as well as password security. If you allow me I can make a Power Point presentation

We were speaking about Digital India and developing our country into a Hub but the Telecom network providers are Hiking the Internet Fare rate to a very large extent every time. If we are looking India in 2020 the telecom companies will be the Industry which will be the Backbone of India later. If we can't control this kind of issues now we not going stop in mere future. Yes we are speaking about developing the Digital India what about the Farmers and Agricultural Lands? I'm not against digital.

We have deloped a system for dynamic rating of power transmission lines, called LIneamps .This system will enable the realization of a Smart Grid in India. The system has been successfully implemented in various power companies in the USA, S.Korea, New Zealand & under active consideration in other countries of Africa. This system is particularly useful in developing countries like India where there will be substantial saving by maximizing the utilization of existing lines. Well as the government moves towards simplification... I would so want to see our Birth Certificates, Passports, Voter IDs, PAN No, Adhaar Cards, etc. all getting interlinked together in a single platform, accessible by the holder and the government agencies simultaneously. This will really save us citizens from harassments in government offices. The application formalities for such documents are so complex that at the end of the day we end up thinking why get the document at all!
