In order to design an interoperable ecosystem of data, applications and processes, there is a need to formulate a policy for the Government Organizations to provide Open Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). The “Policy on Open APIs for Government of India” has been drafted to encourage formal use of Open APIs in Government Organizations. This policy sets out the Government’s approach on the use of “Open APIs” to promote software interoperability for all e-Governance applications & systems and provide access to data & services for promoting participation of citizens and other stakeholders.

You are requested to provide your inputs on the policy and suggest implementation approach across the government.

Respected sir, I am a researcher in Mahatma Gandhi university Kerala. I am doing research in financial inclusion. Now I got a break through in my topic. I would like to suggest credit scoring for rural people for easy access to credit. I know it is very complicated and demands lot of effort and infrastructure. Even though I strongly feel it will help to improve their financial literacy and will remove all complications in access to financial services. Mobile banking will be a key factor in this.

Respected Sir, for API would suggest to connect all Voter ID card with this software and Let all government process should be connected with this API. Which should allow citizen to directly give their feedback on their concern officer say in passport, license, Police station, farmer scheme. Say like or dislike. In this way we can evaluate work done by concern officer, control bribery, and make everyone to vote.

The Open API policy should facilitate the formation of a ground framework on which other government agencies and departments - both central and state- will be able to develop such APIs. This will enable tight integration of multiple government departments and easy user experience for all the citizens.

In a recent Judgement Supreme Court has directed that all cases under section 138 of negotiable instruments act can only be filed from place or city of issuance, which increase the burden of aggrieved party as for cheque issued and bounced from 4 different locations , the case have to be filed from these locations respectively and not only money is lost but also the peace of mind and only beneficiary would be the defaulter.Something must be done to make this section powerful again

Dear PM Modi ji, I have some points on defence sector of our country. Please do read it. India should cancel MMRCA Rafael deal worth 20billion $. India should buy Su 35 fighter jets from Russia which are better and cheaper than Rafael . It will also compliment our Su 30 mki fleet. In 20 billion $ India can buy 200 Su 35 Jets along with 200 S400 Surface to air missile systems. S 400 Sams have the capability to kill anything flying all missile and even stealth fighters of China J20, Jh31.

India should cancel MMRCA Rafael deal worth 20billion $. We should buy 200 Su 35 and S 400 Sams in same price. S 400 Surface to air missile systems have a range of more than 300 kms. If we post it along 2200 kms border we share with pakistan we can save our country from any missile threat from pakistan. We would need only 10 S400 systems for border with pakistan but we can make layers of safety by stategically placing 50 S400 Sams. Similarly we can engage along the the border with china.
